Punters were quick to realise his potential and sent him out odds-on favourite here today. Ridden by Yudanyl Aify, WAR DRAGON toyed with the opposition to win by 7 1/4 lengths.
The New Zealand gelding has pedigree on his side, as his dam JABOT is a half-sister to ZIRNA, who win seven races in New Zealand and Singapore including the Group 1 New Zealand Thoroughbred Stakes, the Singapore Gold Cup and Raffles Cup.
