TOTO Game and Draws Participation
- For participating in the TOTO Game, the Player needs to either place a bet via the Account Betting System or by buying a ticket at the Outlet. Details regarding placing a Bet and buying Tickets are set out in the TOTO Game Rule Book – Remote Betting and TOTO Game Rules -Outlet Betting respectively.
- The specification regarding the date, place and time of the draw is the discretion of the company. They schedule the entire event.
- Each of the draws has a number that is communicated to the participant in the manner as set by the TOTO Lottery Malaysia.
- Under the rules of the TOTO Games – General, the company shall draw six different number first from the forty-nine numbers that range consecutively from 1 to 49. After the draw of sic numbers, one number shall be drawn from the remaining numbers. Thus 6 numbers +1 additional number become the winning numbers.
- During the course of drawing if any fault or failure occurs in the equipment the company has the absolute discretion of voiding all numbers or authenticating the numbers duly drawn. They can hence commence a new draw using a different or the same equipment.
- An intending participant can be allowed by the company to participate in the consecutive draws by entering into upcoming TOTO games. These consecutive entries can be made through the ABS- account betting system or an outlet, whichever is available.
The Stake which is payable for each set of six numbers as per selection for every draw shall be one $1. The Stake per ticket or the bet shall be no lesser than one $1. The stakes that get paid to the company are non-refundable. These stakes are inclusive of taxes. The participant has right to use the coupons, vouchers and refund credits issued by the company, to place the bets and use as a mode of payment for putting in stakes.
