Dealer: A person who deals the cards. This is usually done by the casino but in some games it may be one of the players. This person can also be called the Banker.
Deposit: A payment that is made by a player to an online casino to provide the players account with real money which allows them to play real money games.
Half Time Bet: Bets placed on the outcome of the second half of a game.
Hit: A Blackjack player asks for another card.
Jackpot: The total of winning bets in a game, or a big win at a slot machine / video poker.
Over/Under: Bets on the combined total of points scored by both teams.
Payline: An imaginary line on which symbols must appear in specific combinations to win prizes.
Rake: It is the amount which is taken by the house as commission after each round during a poker game.
Wager: A bet on the occurrence of a specific event.
